THE PURPOSE OF THE INFORMATION
The purpose of this page is to describe how to manage the site in relation to the processing of personal data of users who consult it, who will be treated according to rules of lawfulness, correctness, relevance and not excess.

The information is provided according to recital (58) of the EU n. 679/16 and recital (67) and according to a risk assessment according to the – Guidelines on impact assessment on data protection and determination of the possibility that the treatment “may present a high risk” for the purposes of the regulation ( EU) 2016 / 67- WP 248 of the Article 29 data protection working group to clarify the methods, timing and nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purposes of the link (GDPR Transparency principle).
PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
The processing operations connected to the web services of this site take place at the headquarters of MIB Srl or of the provider in charge of Internet and hosting / housing services on our site and are only handled by the technical staff of the office in charge of processing, or by any persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations.
The data processing takes place on the basis of their storage in electronic archives, whose access to the data is limited to maintenance procedures in compliance with the provisions of annex B (pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/03).

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data (c.d. log files) whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.
These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site and can be presented to the Judicial Authority, if this is explicitly requested.

The data collected through the web forms of this site are processed by the “Persons in charge of the processing of personal data” of MIB Srl in the manner and manner established by our “Data Processor” according to the rules established by our “Owner of Treatment “and in compliance with current legislation (GDPR UE n. 679/16) guaranteeing the rights of lawfulness, correctness, confidentiality.

The personal data collected for the purposes set out above will be kept at our company for the time necessary for the activities involved and for the periods provided for by the law, after which they will be destroyed (right to be forgotten) or made anonymous (pseudonymisation) if necessary for statistical or historical purposes.
